For over 30 years, I have helped build, scale, and strengthen businesses across startups, turnarounds, and established brands. My experience spans product, brand, positioning, people, operations, and growth across some of India's most respected fashion and lifestyle retail businesses.
What that career taught me, not from theory but from experience, is that the most complex leadership and business challenges are never purely strategic. They carry weight. They carry uncertainty. And the quality of your decision-making depends not just on the data in front of you, but on the clarity and steadiness you bring to it.
That is what AngelEk is built on. Three decades of real commercial experience, and a disciplined inner practice developed in parallel, brought together to help founders, leaders, and businesses navigate growth, complexity, and the decisions that define what comes next.

Why AngelEk Exists.
The commercial work made the inner practice more grounded. The inner practice made the commercial work more precise. I did not arrive at that integration easily. I learned it along the way, through the work, through the pressure, through the years of figuring out how to hold both without losing either.
AngelEk exists because that process does not have to be as hard for the people who come after. The clarity I had to find over decades, the tools I had to develop, the understanding of how the inner and the commercial work together; that is what I now bring to the founders, leaders, and businesses I work with.
