Gratitude is the Key to Abundance

Updated: Nov 28, 2020

Gratitude is the key to an abundant life. This message is so simple yet so profound.

We often get caught up in our life stories of lack and dissatisfaction; our own stories of pettiness and playing small. One story leads to another and before we know it, we are in a downward spiral, a downward into the deep dark well of sad emotions. We lose our light, our joy, our Mojo. We wonder why things are not going as we want, get even more frustrated and sad.

We don't realize it's all manageable; if we were only to shift our focus towards an attitude of gratitude. You may ask, what can you be grateful for in such moments of dark despair?

In such moments, can we be grateful for just being alive, being able to breathe? Can we remember to be thankful for all the blessings in our life, no matter how small? It is in being grateful for even the smallest things; that bring about a shift in us and a shift in our lives.

Gratitude is the key, the key that opens many doors; makes the impossible seem possible, makes us see reason when we can see none.

Life may often feel like a jigsaw puzzle, a maze and there may seem no way out. When you shift your focus to being grateful, you seem to see the light, the path, and all of it becomes clear. And before you know it your Mojo, your light, your magic is back.

Gratitude can help us shift our perspective of life, when you start counting your blessings there will be no space for complaining or cribbing.

Suddenly you find the reason to smile and wonder what has changed, it is this subtle shift that we seek, that we find when we are in the attitude of gratitude.

As we go through our life, we learn that gratitude is indeed the key to peace and perfect delight.

Of the many tools that are within the human reach; gratitude is one of the most accessible and draws out the ego in you in the most humbling way.

We only need to have the realization, a quick bounce-back point for from the dark situation, and see the light through our gratitude.

Develop a daily practice of maintaining a Gratitude journal, list down 3-5 things you are grateful for each day. You can choose to do this every morning or every night before going to bed, or even both times. Go with what is easy, that way you will stick to a routine.

Daily Question to Ask:

What am I grateful for today?

Who am I grateful to today?

One thankful moment at a time.Grateful heart and soul. Thank you.
